PRODUCTIVITY
Trello – Trello tells you what’s being worked on, who’s working on what, and where something is in the process. It’s like the office white board; lists of sticky notes, with tasks on each note for you and your team.
Lastpass – Install LastPass, and track your passwords as you log in to online accounts and stores and categories them. Get this-you can logout of LastPass with one click, and if you leave your computer, no one else can log into your accounts.
HoneyBook – This tool is like having a 24-hour personal administrative assistant by your side keeping your business totally organized. One of my favorite features Honeybook offers is templates to elevate your professional presence and simplify client communication.
CONNECTION
Slack – Remember back in the days when AOL brought the internet to the mainstream and everyone was in a chat room? This is what SLACK reminds me of. Only it is a private chat room for business; to collaborate with your clients and/or with others on your team. You can also direct message individuals on the team.
Zoom – It’s a cloud platform for video, voice, content sharing, and chat that runs across mobile devices, desktops, and telephones. You can record your calls to share later, which can be beneficial to team members unable to make a meeting at the scheduled time.

Canva – This is my go-to for all things graphics and where I create all my social media content for myself and clients. It does more than just social media images, but that is mainly what I utilize it for.
