Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 3:00pm Eastern Time
What is the best way to contact you?
Communicating with us is fast and easy. Email is the best way to submit a work request or question. However, Zoom calls, private messages, and other options are also available.
What is Your turnaround time for responding to emails & messages?
We respond to communications within 24/hours. Please keep in mind that only communications sent after regular business hours, over the weekend, or on a legal holiday, will be responded to the following business day.
Do you have a Contact for me to sign?
Yes, new client onboarding will begin once you sign a contract and pay your first invoice. The contract will spell out our services and pricing and is designed to protect both you and Tiger Eye Solution.
I am not located in the United States, can you still work with me?
Absolutely! We service clients throughout the English Speaking world.

How would using Tiger Eye Solution instead of a temp, part-time, or full-time employee benefit my business?
When you hire us, you pay only for the specific services you need. We handle your business remotely from our own office. Unlike an employee, there are no overhead costs, taxes, benefits, downtime, etc.
Do you ensure confidentiality?
Yes, none of your personal or business information will be disclosed to third parties without your written consent (or court order) and we are happy to sign a confidentiality agreement.
What forms of Payment are accepted?
Invoices will be sent through our invoicing system. There will be a link on the invoice that you can pay through.
