Lisa DeToffol
President/CEO
Lisa has longed believed that being of service and having conversations matter. Whether you are serving clients or building relationships through conversations, clearly sharing your skills and thoughts is imperative.
Lisa and her husband have called the upstate of South Carolina home for many years. She has two sons, one daughter, and three grandchildren. (Yes, she is way too young to have grandchilren).
Most of her career has been spent in the education industry, as a full-time pre-school teacher.
Starting her Virtual Assistant career as an Author Assistant led her to create and build various relationships, thus leading her to specializing in relationship management and follow up.
After the Pandemic, Lisa built a team for Tiger Eye Solution to help more entrepreneurs grow their businesses.

We carefully vet every team member, and ensure adherence to compay standards and empower them to do the work they do best! No matter what kind of business you have or which tasks you wish we would take off your plate, we are confident that we have the perfect team member who is up to the task. Our virtual assistants have an average of 2-5 years of experience working within a wide range of industies and a proven track record of successfully working with clients in a professional manner.

Get to know her: Michelle is a retired educator with 29 years of experience and a proud mom of two grown children. Based in Texas, with her husband, she has a passion for empowering others and helping them see their potential. When she’s not working, Michelle loves quiet evenings at home, binge-watching various TV series with her hubby, going to the movies, traveling, or having lunch dates with her daughter.
