In the world of business, every milestone is a testament to resilience, determination, and success. As we come to our 5th year in operation, we are filled with gratitude and pride. We’re thrilled to celebrate this momentous occasion and take a moment to reflect on our journey.
My journey began five years ago with an online challenge, something I’d seen, but never participated in. See, I was a preschool teacher (a job I loved-I’m sure I learned as much from my little ones as they did from me!) wanting a job I could work from home. This had been a lifelong dream of mine, so when I saw the challenge on how to be a VA (Virtual Assistant), I figured it couldn’t hurt – if nothing came from it, I would have wasted nothing but my time.
During the challenge, I learned so much that I decided to sign up for the full program. This was 2018, and I got my start in the VA world working as an author assistant. This is when I decided on the name “Tiger Eye Solution” because I have a tiger’s eye for detail, and I wanted to provide my authors with the solution to their problems. I edited some manuscripts and such, but quickly learned how important it is to build relationships and follow up on those relationships. So in January 2020, I changed my niche and made relationship management and follow up my specialty areas.
Enter the pandemic and what felt like millions of professionals moving into the online space. While I was comfortable in the online space, there were areas in which others needed help where I was less familiar. I still wanted to help these professionals with their relationships and follow-up, but I knew they needed assistance in other areas too. So, I decided to build a team who could help with the things I didn’t know. At first, it was a small team with an unyielding determination to succeed. Since then, we have grown to a team of 11 VAs, each of whom has their own area of specialization necessary to the online space.
The heart and soul of this business is my amazing team. Their unwavering dedication, innovative thinking, and relentless passion have been instrumental to our success. Each team member has played a crucial role in shaping our company, and for that, I am eternally grateful.
